The Power of Love
According to Quantum Physics every cell in our body has a resonant frequency that changes whenever there is an imbalance or illness. Every emotion also has its own energetic frequency from Love which resonates right up at 528 Hz down to Fear at 4Hz.
To Stress Less and Love Life More we need to…
Think more pink - amp up positive emotional vibrations.
Be seen in green - it’s fine to spend some time in neutral vibration.
Move away from grey - damp down negative emotional vibrations.
By embracing Heartfulness, the next generation of mindfulness.
We carry our “issues in our tissues” and unprocessed lower-frequency emotions can remain in our energetic hearts and that's why Heartfulness is our most important self-care work. When emotions like fear, anger, grief, guilt, or shame, are suppressed this increases stress and drags down our overall energy, both emotionally and physically.
Heartfulness is also important because we attract everything in our life, good or bad, on the same frequency as our dominant emotional vibration. If we are tuned into FEAR FM with a fixed mindset of lack and limitation, we have the power, at any point, to re-tune to LOVE FM to activate a growth mindset of love, joy, and abundance.
How I re-tuned from FEAR FM and Fighting my Teen to LOVE FM
My contented world was turned upside down by my teenage daughter’s OCD and ADHD diagnosis. I loved her but sometimes didn’t like her nor understand all her drama, and I was always treading on eggshells and felt like a rubbish Mum. On the Emotional Vibe-rater, I was down in the darkest of grey – “fearful” and “powerless”
On the upside, I got some great coaching and realised I’d spent far too long in my single-parent, masculine get-shit-done energy and needed to lean much more into my healing, feminine energy which I summed up as “Heartful”.
Much as I would walk on hot coals to support her, I needed to start with what I could change. ME. My big lightbulb moment was “Don't ask why this is happening TO you but why it is happening FOR you? A big clue was as she screamed “Just Be Kind Mummy” during yet another face-off.
The answer for me is to be much kinder and more supportive which has led to a transformed relationship (always a work in progress!) and to me becoming The Heartfulness Coach®.
I am totally energised by sharing my learnings and practicing what I preach, to live a life that lights me right up.
